- To set a TsarlackONLINE Wallpaper as your Tablet's Wallpaper Background select the picture you like from the list available and click on it to download. Once it's fully loaded, depending on the Tablet you are using, click the loaded wallpaper picture and choose "Set as wallpaper" or "Set as background".
