- To set a TOL app Wallpaper as your Smartphone's Wallpaper Background select the appropriate dimensions that suite your phone. Then select the picture you like from the list of TOL app Wallpapers available and click on it to download. Once it's fully loaded, depending on the phone you are using, click the loaded wallpaper picture and choose "Set as wallpaper".
