Element Etymology: "Tsarlium" is Latin for “Metal of Tsarlack”

 

Description:  Tsarlium as an element is a “Transition Metal” whose atom has an incomplete d sub-shell.

 

Mining:  Tsarlium can only be found on the Down Tsarlack Island. Recourses have depleted in recent years causing extensive mining to cease.
Mining of Tsarlium today is highly regulated and limited to a minimal quota assigned to the Ts.M.C by the Ministry of Natural Resources of the State of Tsarlack.
