History:

The TsMC was chartered in 1725 to exhume Tsarlium from mines on the Down Tsarlack Island. Extensive mining by the TsMC has ceased due to depleting recourses. Mining of Tsarlium today is highly regulated and limited to a minimal quota assigned to the TsMC by the Ministry of Natural Resources of the State of Tsarlack.
